Absolutely wonderful. I did have to cook my dough about 20 minutes as well. And I didn't have an electric mixer, so I ended up beating the cream cheese topping by hand and that took about 40 minutes to get it smooth enough. But it was worth it so so good. We used kiwis, strawberries, blueberries and peaches. So beautiful and bright to take for a treat too!

SUPER EASY and delish! I also used light cream cheese and light cool whip..and it still tasted absolutely sinful! I baked mine on a rectangle pampered chef pizza stone. I only used 1 tube of cookie dough and still had to cook for 20 minutes. Also used only about 1/2 of the cream cheese topping on the pizza and it was still about 1/2 inch thick! I kept the rest of this yummy dip to dunk the leftover fruit in. I used blueberries and strawberries. Originally planned to make for a 4th of July party but ran out of time, that's okay because enjoyed having it all to ourselves at home! A definite keeper. DH said you can make that ANY time! Thanks for posting!

Yummy! Instead of bought cookie dough I used Granny's Sugar Cookies for the base. This was easy and looked very appetizing. I used grapes, canned peaches, bananas(dipped in peach syrup to prevent browning), kiwi, pineapple, and strawberries. I think this would even be good with a fruit flavoured cream cheese. Thanks for posting!

This was delicious. I used a huge pampered chef pizza pan and 2 packages of cookie dough...the cookie dough "crawled" out of the pan and fell to the bottom of the oven, landing near the element. Did you know that cookie dough can catch on fire??? Thankfully, it was lightly browned and I got the cookie dough crust out of the oven before it got any darker, then put the fire out. Cleaned the baking soda and ashes out of the oven while the crust cooled and then topped with the cool whip/cream cheese mixture and added the fruit. Placed in the frig to chill while I cooked the rest of our meal. It was a great dessert, despite the fire! Although the fire did give the kids something to tell their father about while we ate.
