My daughter and friends made these and they were not only tastey but so easy to make. They made some lemon flavor and some using chocolate cake mix. We iced the chocolate one's with vanilla frosting. Both were moist but not soggy. They baked them for just over 9 min. Thank you

Too cakey and it becomes soggy if you leave it overnight (even in an airtight container).

Wow what a simple good cookie recipe! I made these for my son to take home with him tonight. I made them on a foil-lined slightly sprayed cookie sheet, and baked them in my air-convection oven at 350 degrees for 9 minutes. They are oh so rich and buttery, and so good! I made mine a little larger than a tsp so I got 28 cookies. This is a keeper Podabo, my son loved them..thanks so much for posting another winner...Kitten

I loved this recipe. This really hit the spot. They were so easy to make and so moist. I did try some white icing on them and that really set them off. This is a keeper. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.
