For me it was a bit too sour. I'll add more sugar next time. DH loved it. Thanks Rita. Made for Beverage tag.

We love this drink. Lime is a must. I didn't have club soda, so I didn't use the sugar and used lemon lime pop to replace it. I don't know if it tastes much different but it sure is tasty. My husband requested them for fathers day!

A refreshing drink for a hot summer day! I couldn't get fresh mint at my local market at this time of the year - so I substituted with 1/8 tsp peppermint extract. Thanx Rita!

For my first attempt at making a Mojito after Costa Rica, I'm glad I picked this one. It is super easy and was everything I was looking for in my memory of a fantastic Mojito. This one goes in the Keeper vault. Thank you ~Rita, my Mojito Queen Made for Bevy Tag 08
