This is a very tasty cheese ball recipe that I got from my cousin. You can make it with lower in fat cheese. I usually use the lower in fat cheese and you can't tell a difference.

Beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper with a mixer until combined.

This was really good. I liked the spiciness of it, and the onion flavor was great. I did use 2 garlic cloves instead of garlic salt. Will definately try again. Thanks!

AWESOME I made this for a work potluck, and DH & I have enjoyed it twice since. I made one change - I had a jar of Old English sharp cheddar spread that I needed to use, so I subbed the 5-oz jar for 5 oz. of the shredded cheddar. I used a strong red onion. This is a very flavorful, oniony-garlicky cheeseball - we love it.

The store I went to didn't have pecans so I used walnuts and it still tasted great! I'm definitely making this one again!

This is a great tasting cheese ball and easy to make. The cayenne pepper added a nice zing to to it. Everyone loved it and I will definitely make this for parties again. I served it wish assorted crackers. Thank you so much MsBaton, it was enjoyed by all.
