A popular drink at Joe's Crab Shack restaurant.
1 pitcher
Ingredients
- 8 ounces pineapple juice
- 8 ounces cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces peach schnapps
- 1 1/2 ounces coconut rum
- 1 dash grenadine
Directions

Mix all together in a small pitcher.2
Serve over ice.

I really liked this, I made up a qaudruple batch in my punch bowl for a party, and it went really quick. I made at least three extra batches due to popular demand!! It was lovely and smooth and just really yummy. I'll definetly be making it again, thanks

MMMMMMMM!!!! Reelani, this stuff is wonderful! We didn't have any coconut rum, so I improvised, used regular rum and added 1 tablespoon of cream of coconut. I'm not fond of grenadine so I left it out. We are adding this recipe to our favorites. Thanks for sharing!!

Had some girlfriends over to do the pool thing and we got just a tinsy-bit tipsy with these drinks. Very smooth and tropical flavored. We had a great time and enjoyed this lovely concoction very much. Great way to enjoy a hot afternoon. Thanks for posting.
