This is realllllllllly good! I always have soy milk on hand because Im partially lactose intollerant... (unfortunately Im a sucker for dairy..so sometimes I give in LOL).. but I tagged this recipe just about an hour ago..and decided to go ahead and make it. It was glorious!! I enjoyed it so much!! I used sugar instead of splenda, because I dont have any..but sweetner is sweetner in my opinion.. Splenda tastes just like natural sugar..so I dont see a difference hehe! Thanks so much derf! I'll be making this often!

I made this with the vanilla soy and left out the sugar. Really good! Thank you for sharing.

How such a simple recipe can provide such a delight to the palate is really one of the hallmarks of a recipe well made. To be honest, I'd tried this because a friend was in need of some quick breakfast ideas but couldn't have milk products. I, being the trusty fan of the 'zaar figured I'd find something easy and tasty to fit the bill and I was right. I followed the recipe except the banana was fresh not frozen and I used real sugar instead of a substitute. I was interested in trying it myself as I'd not used soy milk before - and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Even if my friend doesn't make this, I sure as heck will. Thanks for sharing.
