These steak fries were pretty good. Couldn't get a good crunch without burning though.

This was a very easy recipe to prepare and it uses ingredients I always have on hand. I mixed my ingredients in a zip lock bag and baked on parchment paper as suggested by several of the other reviewers. I baked mine at 425 for about 35 minutes. I think if I was fixing them for kids I would back off of the montreal pepper seasoning a little bit. Very good recipe and thank you for sharing it Kirste!

These were good! Nice combination of flavours. I put all ingredients in a bag and shook it until the potatoes were evenly coated. That way there was no cleaning up! I also cut the oil down to only 1 tbsp and placed them on baking paper to stop them from sticking. It worked great!
