These are a bit freaky looking! Great treats for Halloween or a fun afterschool snack that is MOSTLY healthy.

SERVES 3 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cut apples into wedges, about 1/4-1/2" thick.
  2. 2
    On one wedge, spread peanut butter.
  3. 3
    Line up tiny marshmallows on top of peanut butter.
  4. 4
    Spread peanut butter on another wedge, and put on top of marshmallow wedge to make a smile (the stack will be apple, peanut butter, marshmallow, peanut butter, apple).

Such a cute idea! My 3 little guys loved these, and I loved that they were essentially eating pb and apples - a nice healthy snack! My oldest said he made these at school with raisins, so that makes it even healthier.

    The kids had fun making this. I dried the apples off so the peanut butter would stick better to the apples.

    Cute idea. Flavored cream cheese is a good alternative for the peanut butter if kids have allergies.
