Really didn't like the flavour. It didn't have a very Greek taste to it either, but aybe it's just me. Thanks for posting!

    Pretty good. It had a little too much oil for me so I added more vinegar and extra lemon.

    This is a wonderful dressing. It was fast to make and tasted great. I think it would be great over pasta, and I'm going to use it over sliced cucumbers instead of what I usually have done with just a little oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Thanks for the recipe!

    YUMMY! I LOVE this dressing. I served it over a garbanzo bean salad I whipped up. It's even better if you let the dressing sit over night. I added 1/4tsp of oregano and a bit more mustard the second time I made it. Thanks for the recipe, it's now a staple at my house.
