Deviled Eggs

An old standby for party trays and buffets. A good way to use those Easter Eggs.

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Carefully remove the egg yolks.
  2. 2
    Mash with the back of a fork.
  3. 3
    Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, white pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. 4
    Stir until well blended.
  5. 5
    Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture.
  6. 6
    Keep refrigerated until served.
  7. 7
    Sprinkle with paprika for color if desired.

    Quite good and very easy to make. Not as addicting as a recipe I tried two years ago. I might try adding a touch more mustard next time. Thanks for posting!

    Interesting. I have made mine very similar to these except without using the Worcestshire sauce and I must say I really dig the tanginess! I did, however, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and Oila! Perfection!

    These were simple to prepare and were a big hit at our annual 4th of July party! I sprinkled the tops with paprika and minced chives for color. Thanks Leta for sharing your recipe!
