Great simple way to prepare lobster. I thought the amount of olive oil was a bit overboard so only used about two tablespoons for one tail and it tasted great. Also used a few chili flakes to liven things up a bit!

Our first lobster meal ever, and it was great! We made it without the lemon juice because we didn\'t have any, but it was still very good. Easy to make!

I cut the paprika down to 1/2 tsp - I thought that I read a review that stated the paprika overpowered this but I see no review now.. We served this new year's eve for friends and they raved about the flavor - grilling is the only way to prepare lobster!
