I made this for my six year old who loves seafood. All the kids loved it. It was easy to make. I added celery (put in with the onions) and doubled the cornstarch. yum!

Very nice, quick to make clam chowder. If you are short and time but want a homemade chowder, this is the recipe. DH especially liked it, because he doesn't like a lot of extra "stuff" (like celery, bacon, etc) in his clam chowder. I added some garlic when I sauteed the onions. For the little effort it took to make this, it's darn good! I'll be whipping this up often; thanx!
