Wow! This is outstanding bread ! I had only colby/jack so I used that. I used the dough cycle and baked this on a cookie sheet. It was a wonderful "grab a hunk and eat it" bread. My 2 year old was here that night and after tasting it, he kept saying "MORE". I wrapped half the loaf up for him to take home and he didn't put it down ...kept saying "MINE". LOL DH insists that I make this bread again tonight. Thanks Geema, for this keeper!

This bread is very tasty - my first loaf in my bread maker! I had the same problem as Serah B with the bread collapsing in the centre, but it tasted fine. I mixed the cheese in with the flour so it combined throughout the loaf. I may add the cheese in after the machine beeps to see if it changes the texture at all. Thanks Geema for a new favourite!

i followed the recipe as best as i could.there wasn't any temperture given for the water, i put it at 110º.it rose just fine in the machine, but when it started to bake it just collapsed.i let finish the cycle and i let cool,as it was cooling it collapsed even more. i'm sorry i just won't make this again.

Wow! Just got rave reviews from DH and DD! Served this yummy bread with Macaroni, Beef and Tomato Soup #89449 and it was fabulous! I only wish it made a bigger loaf. This is one of the best breads I have ever made in my bread machine. Thanks Geema for a keeper!
