5-Layer Seafood Appetizer

This makes a pretty presentation at a cocktail party, and everyone loves it. Definitely best if made with fresh shrimp or crab. For overnight ballgame trips, I often take each layer prepared in separate bags or plastic containers, and assemble the morning before the football games.

I have made this for several parties and it was a huge hit. I used fresh chopped shrimp and canned crab meat and served with Wheat Thin crackers. Great recipe!!

Loved it! Everyone raved about it and it was gone too fast. I did put the peppers on top as I didn't have any and it was still soooo good.
