These were excellent for those of us who love chocolate! They are definitely not for people who prefer savory. These would work great as a dessert. I topped mine with just powdered sugar and I added a few chocolate chips to some of them. I liked them just as well without the extra chocolate. I felt finished after eating one and a half, and these are a lot smaller than the pancakes I usually make!

Very good, and very rich. You'll only be able to stand two at a time, but they sure do do away with monotony. Not to mention chocolate cravings. Thumbs up!

I liked these as long as they were topped with whipped cream and chocolate chips. They would have been even better with fresh strawberries and bananas, but I didn't have any on hand. In order for me to LOVE a pancake recipe though they have to taste great all by themselves, and I didn't like these very well plain. I think if I had mixed in some mini chocolate chips like some of the other reviewers did they would have been much better plain. But....I was trying not to add too much extra fat & calories, so I was hoping they'd be good all by themselves. All in all a good Saturday brunch, but next time I will be sure to have the strawberries and bananas to top them with!
