AWESOME!!! I followed the recipe exept I used a 3 1/2 pounder. I didn't cut the liquids in half and I doubled the liquid smoke to make for a smokier flavor, I cooked for only 3 1/2 hours on 300 degrees, and it was perfect!! THANKS!!!

Excellent! Perfectly seasoned, tender, moist. Hubby lived in south Texas for many years and considers himself an expert on brisket. This one passed the test! We really enjoyed it for dinner.

We love the flavor the liquid smoke gave the brisket! I didn't have liquid garlic but chopped two cloves of garlic. Wonder flavor. Thank you so much Bianca, for sharing this.
