Sour Cream Salsa Chicken for Crock Pot
Ingredients
Directions

Spray liner of crock pot with vegetable spray.2
Add the chicken breasts on the bottom.3
Don't lay them on top of each other.4
Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix with salsa poured on top.5
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.6
When ready to serve, remove chicken from crock pot and place on meat platter covered with aluminum foil.7
Mix together 3 Tablespoons water and 2 Tablespoons cornstarch.8
Add to salsa mixture in crock pot and stir well.9
Turn crock pot to high and sauce should begin to thicken in five minutes.10
Next, stir in sour cream.11

This is a really good recipe! It tastes really good, I have one child who hates anything even slightly spicy- but she gobbled it up, We couldn't believe our eyes! This will definitely be made again in our home.

We all loved it here! Great easy to put together dinner that you can stick in the crockpot and leave and come back to a great meal, ready and waiting. My kinda meal! Ida

I tried this recipe when I was looking for something to make so I wouldn't have to go to the store! The family really liked it and it will be a keeper. The only thing I will change next time is to either cut back on the corn starch a little or add some more liquid - it got pretty thick but other than that the flavor was really good..

This was a big hit with my family. Not too spicy and not too mild. I doubled the recipe and shredded the leftovers for enchiladas the next day. This will go in my "keepers" recipe box to be enjoyed again.
