This is quick, easy, and just plain "Delicious"!

SERVES 3 -4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Cook macaroni according to pkg directions.
  2. 2
    Meanwhile, in a separate lg skillet, over med-high heat, saute the ground beef, onion, and Italian seasoning for 5-10 minutes, or until meat is brown, and crumbly.

    Drain thoroughly, and leave the meat and onion in the skillet.
  4. 4
    Add the diced tomatoes and spaghetti sauce, and mix well.
  5. 5
    Add butter, and mix, until melted.
  6. 6
    When noodles are done, drain thoroughly, and return noodles to the pot.
  7. 7
    Add the hamburger mixture from the skillet to the pot.
  8. 8
    Mix well, and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  9. 9
    Heat until bubbly, then serve with bread and butter.

Takes no time at all to throw this old time favorite together and get on the table when your hungry and in a hurry. I did use some frozen homemade Spaghetti Sauce, and made like the recipe says. My grandchildren were spending the night and they loved it Linda. They had 3 bowls! Kudos for this recipe.

    Not too bad, Linda. Very similar to a dish my mother used to make. It is very quick and easy.
