This was great! We ate almost all of it in one night (and there were 2 of us) It was so good we didn't even make dinner! We enjoyed it with good quality nacho chips, homemade bagette and celery sticks. Next time I will add a little more garlic because we love the stuff! Thanks for the great recipe!

I have made this a few times. It's fast, easy, and hard to stop eating it. I put extra garlic and instead of putting it in the oven i use a mini crock pot to keep it warm!

This DOES taste just like TGIFs! Had friends over to watch movies and this was so good to sit around and munch on. Easy to prepare (I just love it when you can "throw" ingredients together). I only had "shredded" mozzarella on hand so that's what I used. A wonderful tasting dip. Thanks so much.

Very good. Very easy to put together if someone drops in.(You can always defrost the spinach in the microwave) The only thing I did was add one fresh squeezed lemon. I served it with tortilla "scoops". Thanks again for the great recipe!
