Red Snapper with Mustard Sauce

My favorite meal. Simple, easy and delicious.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Arrange fish fillets in a baking pan or baking dish.
  2. 2
    Sprinkle fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. 3
    Broil fish in oven for about 7 to 9 minutes or until fish is opaque.
  4. 4
    Meanwhile, mix prepared mustard, mayonnaise, green onions and salt.
  5. 5
    Spread sauce over fish and broil for a couple more minutes or until sauce begin to bubble.
  6. 6
    Serve immediately with steamed rice and a side of steamed vegetables.

This was wonderful. I had some gourmet honey garlic mustard on hand and used garlic salt as suggested, and it turned our great! Thanks for posting.

    This was very good. I used honey mustard instead of dijon and while the flavour was milder it was still great. Thanks for sharing!

    Our whole family really enjoyed this fish recipe! The mayo and mustard were a great combination to put on top of the fish! I served this with jasmine rice, three bean casserole and oriental slaw. Thanks for a yummy recipe!

    We really enjoyed this - and it's so easy to make! I barbecued the snapper fillets, then made the sauce, on the barbecue, in a foil baking dish. Superb!
