5 Minute Spice Cake in a Mug

Inspired by Clickety Click Barber Tricks Most Amazing Chocolate Cake in a Cu, I experimented and made up this cake for the two of us. The seasonings might still need adjusting but for my first attempt I think it came out pretty good. And maybe the bigger amount of spice should be cinnamon instead of ginger? Unsure. I did try it with twice as much baking soda and baking powder, reduced them both to 1/8 as the cake touched the microwave "ceiling" and started to curve down-tasted fine but sure looked bizaar. Think it needs these ingredient so that you get a cake texture. Use a mug that holds at least 12 ounces, I doubt that this recipe can be reduced and work out. A transparent mug is nice for this because you can see if you stirred it well enough. My microwave is a thousand watts so do not know how it would work in a lower wattage microwave. I did try raisins but thought they came out too chewy and sugary.
