5 Minute Brussels Sprouts

Found on Worlds Healthiest food website. Brussles sprouts are high in vitamin C, K and A and full of fiber!

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Fill the bottom of steamer with 2 inches of water.

    Bring water to low boil.
  3. 3
    Cut brussels sprouts into quarters.
  4. 4
    Press garlic.
  5. 5
    Steam brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
  6. 6
    Combine olive oil, lemon juice garlic, salt and pepper.
  7. 7
    Place hot brussels sprouts in bowl and top with dressing and toss.
  8. 8
    You can add garlic in the final 2 minutes of steaming to mellow garlic flavor.
