This is so good and so pretty! It's bright blue and the grenadine makes a bright red layer at the bottom of the glass! Be sure to serve it in a glass martini glass to get the great effect! I served this at our 4th party and received many raves. This is my first post - hope you like it.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

    Mix all ingredients except grenadine in shaker and chill.

    Pour into martini glass.

    Add grenadine and it will sink to bottom.

I too made this recipe last night to test it for today's 4th of July festivities..... It was fantastic! I didn't have blue curacao so I used Triple Sec and blue food coloring. Great in a pinch.

    I just made a test run of these to see how they would turn out for our barbeque tomorrow. We really enjoyed them. They were so pretty. They even had some white in them because they foamed up. I got the grenadine syrup by mistake but they still worked. Thanks for the nice, festive recipe. It will be a great addition to our 4th.
