I made this and my family ate them all In 1 day they are very good and taste just like girl scout cookies. I used 1 cup chocolate chips and melted them in the microwave, and I think It taste better and more like girl scout cookies when you use 4 or 5 drops or mint extract. With 1 cup of chocolate chips I made about 24 cookies!

They taste just like the thin mint cookies. I used Nestle semi- sweet chocolate mint morsels and melted them in the microwave. Thank you for this super recipe.
