- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple
Directions

Combine all ingredients& heat to boiling, then pour over loaf (or balls) and continue baking as directed.

this pineapple glaze was excellent!!! i impressed my whole family.....This glaze adds the perfect tough to baked ham..I recommend this recipie to everyone..My compliments to the chef!

excellent glaze. i needed a last minute recipe for a ham glaze and this worked perfect. we had everything in the house already and the entire family thought it was delicious. thanks for the post.

I used this on another Zaar recipe and made ham balls. I accidentally used extra dry mustard and used red wine vinegar. Everyone loved them. Will make again!
