Very addictive! For my dipping sauce, I use rasberry preserves, the tastes are highly complimenting of each other. For a creamy sauce, mix the preserves with softened cream cheese. DELICIOUS.

Mine didn't turn out dry, used the amounts listed in the recipe, MAYBE a bit less Bisquick but not much. I used my electric Kitchen Aid Mixer to mix, it worked great! These tasted better than they looked. They didn't turn out 'ball' like. They didn't look very good so I was doubtful but they tasted pretty good, I had a number of compliments on them. I made mine ahead of time, baked, then froze them. I then put them in the crockpot for the party and it worked great! I did serve with the mustard dip which people seemed to like.

I have made these many times. I usually use Jimmy Dean Hot sausage and only about 1 to 1 1/2 cups bisquik. They turn out great and are always a crowd pleaser. I also make a mustard dip for them. I use dijon mustard, some vinegar, some sugar and an egg yolk. Mix in a sausepan for a few minutes until well blended and sugar is dissolved. Tastes great with the sausage balls!
