A Brazilian appetizer. I'm guessing at the cook time and yield.

18 -20 tuna balls (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix potatoes, tuna, onion, egg yolks, and salt& pepper.

    Beat egg whites for 5 minutes and add to the mixture.
  3. 3
    Freeze for 1 hour.
  4. 4
    Make balls (ping pong ball sized) and fry in hot oil.
