I did these for dinner as well. I used 1/2 lb lean ground beef and an onion. Easy to do and tasty too.

This was a great quick meal for kids! All four of them loved these...in fact I had to make more and the second time I used ham. They did prefer the sausage over the ham, though. Served with home-fries and onions. Thanks for this quick idea for a yummy, quick dinner...yes, we had them for dinner
P.S. My one daughter said to rate them a 23!
