My ex gobbles these things up and says they are good enough to be a snack. I like them too..must admit not as much as he does. I add a little more flour than the recipe calls for though.

These were very easy and quick to make. The kids liked them better than the grown-ups did, but all in all, they were pretty good. Prepared them as written except I only used 2 Tbsp oil on the griddle. A 375 degree griddle was just right. ~Jeff's Girl Way Out West

We liked these a lot. We live at a higher altitude so I had to add more flour to get the batter to hold toghether. After, I drained my fritters I rolled them in granulated sugar. Thanks WJKing for your recipe.
