4 Minute Spicy Garlic Shrimp

Recipe is originally from the Food Network courtesy of Rachael Ray, but I tweaked it to fit our tastes. Very quick & easy shrimp recipe that's done on the stovetop. If your tastes desire spicy & garlic, then this recipe is just for you.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. 2
    Add olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and shrimp.
  3. 3
    Season with grill seasoning or salt & pepper.
  4. 4
    Cook shrimp 3 minutes or until just pink.
  5. 5
    Toss with lemon zest, juice, & chopped parsley.
  6. 6
    Remove shrimp to a serving platter, leaving the garlic cloves in the pan.

    This is oh so easy, and oh so good. There's no better combination then garlic, lemon, parsley and shrimp. Thanks for sharing

    This was really good. We used previously frozen shrimp and just heated them a tad. The sauce was excellent. Left out the red pepper and used Old Bay as the spice. Served with chia's baked latkes and it was lovely. Thanks!

    You have to make more than one batch even if it's for two people cause these shrimps go fast!!!!!!!!
