Here's one that deserves more than 5 stars. On about 10-12 oz of salmon I used 2 tablespoons of mayo, 1/4 cup parmesan, about 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt and about 3-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Very fine meal. Crunchy delicious topping.

I have to be honest, I don't really like salmon. I make it because the rest of my family does like it and it is good for you. I'm constantly trying new things to try and make it something that I can at least tolerate and tonight we tried this one and my goodness, even I liked it! I actually had seconds and I never even usually finish the little bit I take! I was very skeptical, mayo and seasoned salt just didn't appeal to me much but I was wrong! Great job Toncats and thanks for a really good recipe!
