We added garlic salt to the flour and onion powder to the bread crumbs. We used GF breadcrumbs & flour to make this gluten free.

Wow what a tasty and easy recipe! The only difference i did was use the frying pan instead of the oven, the breadcrumbs crisped up lovely yet the pork stayed moist and yummy! The only changes to maybe do would be to add herbs or spices to the breadcrumbs. I'll definitely use this recipe again.

Excellent recipe, Inez! The chops were moist and flavorful. I did add a little Bell's poultry seasoning to the bread crumbs, because I like poultry seasoning with pork. My husband rated the breading "superb" and wants me to make these again very soon.
