This was simple & tasty. I'll be making it again. I used pork stuffing because it was all I had on hand but it worked great.

This was surprisingly good. I was a little skeptical about the stuffing, but this was very good. My kids loved it. The only substitution I made was to use bacon that's all I had on hand. Very good! Thanks!

Here's an adaptation to experiment with...I slice a small rectangle of the recipe to eat as finger food when I drive to work..It was a little "gooshy"...after all I was eating a variation of a custard...SO I added 1/4 CUP BISQUICK to the milk and it firmed up nicely, and ROSE a bit, so my rectangles were too thick for my tastes S0 I next prepared the same variation and poured the mixture into a LARGE tomato juice can lined with foil (for removal)and baked it in an overflow tray. In an hour I had a sliceable, cylindrical loaf that I could slice into a disc for easy eating on the road (Dont use the STOVETOP SOUTHWEST RECIPE dressing mix...it makes the recipe taste like a CURRY! GAAAK!) Joe in Orlando

I have to admit, I was skeptical about the Stove Top Chicken Dressing but it was a fabulous addition!! No one could figure out the secret ingredient.
