Fabulous! Easy, low in fat and very delicious! I especially love that I can keep the ingredients on hand for those times when I need my "fix". Thanks for sharing!

I hate to ruin this recipe's great ratings, but my family and I were not crazy about it. First of all, the directions are not really clear about whether you just mix the items together or mix them according to the direction on the angel food cake box. I tried it according to the box... big mistake. It was a sloppy, goopy disaster. So, being as stubborn as I am, I decided to try it again. The second time it was very easy and baked up nicely, but the flavor just didn't impress me. I guess I expected more peach flavor, and it seemed pretty blah. It's a nice, easy recipe, but I don't know that I'd make it again.

Enjoyed the light moistness and fresh taste -I took Jan's suggestion and added the mandarin oranges. Word of caution:If you are not a baker, do not try the tube pan, stick with the loaf pans, and do not underbake or it will collapse! My first time ever making an angel food cake, but it won't be my last. Thankfully, the cool whip I shmeared to frost hid the collapase.
