I wont have my spaghetti or lasagne with any other bread! It is very fast to make and good to eat! One of my comfort foods!

10 -12 slices (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Slice bread legnth wise and lay on a cookie sheet.
  2. 2
Drizzle melted butter on both halves and spread with a spoon as best you can (I do a little at a time to ensure I get it spread before it seeps into the bread).
  3. 3
Put 2 tbs dressing on each half and spread out evenly.
  4. 4
Then sprinkle the parmesan on top.
  5. 5
    Then sprinkle on the seasoning.
  6. 6
Then the pepper, and you dont want to use too much of this, just a little.
  7. 7
Bake at 375 for ten minutes.
  8. 8
Take out of oven and slice in 10-12 slices.

we really enjoyed this! it's just dh and i, so i used 1/2 a loaf. I cut the recipe in half, using 2 tablespoons asiago peppercorn dressing, sprinkled bleu cheese crumbles on top of that, used the full 1/4 c parm, and used lots of cracked black pepper. dh and i both loved it!! it was gone in seconds! will make again and again... thanks for this easy, cheesy keeper!

Oh my. This was good. I liked it better then regular garlic bread. I used my homemade bleu cheese dressing and it was yummy. Kids think this is yummy too. Thank you for posting something I would have never of thought of....Stephanie

Excellant Diggy!! We really enjoyed this crispy crunchy bread!! I left out the butter, the dressing i used was quite oily, Greek and Feta dressing, it really didn't need the butter. Also used half Parmesan and half Feta cheese with some finely chopped black olives instead of Italian seasoning, had to use what i had around. This will certainly go in my hard copy book, we will make this often, thanks for sharing!!

MMMMMMMMM...This was great. I made it exactly as written and we were all really happy with the results. Very tasty! I didn't have any blue cheese dressing so I made my own using Blue Cheese Salad Dressing and it turned our perfectly. I will be making this one again to be sure, thanks!
