Carrot Pineapple

Ingredients

  • package carrot, cooked/sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 3/4 cup pineapple chunk, drained (save juice)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • tablespoons butter
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Combine carrot juice and pineapple juice together.
    2. 2
      Gradually add cornstarch and salt into pan.
    3. 3
      Cook until thick.
    4. 4
      Add butter and blend.
    5. 5
      Add carrots and pineapple. Combine slowly.
    6. 6
      Heat once again until semi thick.

      Serve.
