Cooling lunch in a glass.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Peel banana.
  2. 2
    Wash and cut stems off strawberries.
  3. 3
    Place all ingredients in blender.
  4. 4
    Blend until smooth.
  5. 5
    Pour into tall glasses.
  6. 6
    Garnish with a whole strawberry, cut half through and place on edge of glass.

    Chocolate Berry good! I used a mix of frozen berries. This was delish.I expected an ugly color using chocolate and berries. As you see it came out very pretty deep red.

    Yummy and really worth every star! I had "just" this for lunch this afternoon and as you can tell, I loved it! I halved this recipe and it made 1 proper serving - i.e., 1 glass. Really nice to have this in the summers and when you feel you deserve a treat for something you've achieved after alot of hard work. Thank you for posting this recipe. I'll repeat this one in the coming summers. Thanks!

    I made this for my DH. He was iffy but glad I chose to make this for him. I chose to make this at dinner time then put this in the freezer. To top it off I added some vanilla ice cream to top it off. Excellant!
