This is a QUICK, NUTRITIOUS, HEALTHY breakfast. I had this for lunch today, and it kept me going for many hours ahead!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • tablespoon honey
  • cup Rice Krispies
  • cup corn flakes
  • Directions

      Stir in all these in a bowl, put down your chef hat, remove the apron, sit back in your royal chair, pick up the spoon and enjoy!
