Traditional Mexican dip that can be used as a topping or with chips.

Directions

    Halve avocados; remove fruit by running spoon next to skin; discard seed or save for other uses.

    Place avocado in bowl and mash with fork; immediately mix in lime juice, incorporating well.

    Mix in remaining ingredients; serve immediately.

Great! And so easy to make. I served some by itself, and then used some in Taco Layer Dip. Delicious both ways! Thanks for a keeper.

    This was fantastic!!!! I coarsely chopped everything so it was more like a quacamole salsa. And used it as a topper on a Festive Sausage Casserole (Which I will post later tonight). Thanks for a great and easy quac recipe.

    This is just the best. I mashed the avocado but not too much so it would be a little chunky. The seasonings were perfect. I could just taste the cumin which I think makes everything better. Will use this one again as we eat Mexican food a lot. Thanks Sue

    Used 10 drops Tobasco instead of cayenne pepper. Excellent recipe and very easy to make in minutes!
