Try other Crock Pot Spinach Stuffed Pasta Shells recipes

These were excellent! I've made this several times and it always comes out great. I double the recipe for the filling like another reviewer. Stuffing the shells is quite tedious but the outcome is well worth it! Oh, and I rarely add the onions as I don't think it adds much to the taste. (Take this from someone who loves onions and looks for excuses to add it to my dishes.) I also never use cottage cheese but use ricotta instead.

These were terrific! I used extra sauce, just because I like lots of sauce...I didn't have any spinach so I doubled up on the cottage cheese mixture so that I'd have enough (which I did)...I skipped the onions since there were onions in the spag. sauce...I was out of ital. seasoning so I used Mrs. Dash...My crockpot doesn't get very hot on LOW like others crocks so I cooked them on HIGH for 2 hours (although 3 hours wouldn't have hurt it either)...This one's going into permanent rotation for sure! Thank you for posting this recipe!

Very tasty and easy to put together! I made a minor substitution...used ricotta mixed with egg in place of the cottage cheese. I didn't miss the meat in this one at all! Thanks Miss Annie, this will be made often!

This was ok, though a bit bland for me. If making it again I would add a hefty amount of garlic. Also, I ran out of cheese/spinach mixture halfway through stuffing the shells, so I would make double of that. I used ricotta instead of cottage cheese but otherwise followed the recipe. I'll have to admit, my son ate a whole shell, and said he now likes spinach! So that's a great plus for this recipe!
