KFC Coleslaw

A copycat of KFC's yummy cole slaw.

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cabbage and carrots must be finely diced.
  2. 2
    (I use fine shredder disc on food processor.) Pour cabbage and carrot mixture into large bowl and stir in minced onions.
  3. 3
    Using regular blade on food processor process remaining ingredients until smooth.
  4. 4
    Pour over vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. 5
    Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.

    I just tried this recipe and loved it! All I changed was Splenda instead of sugar - it is a perfect blend of ingredients. Many thanks!

    Made this last night to go with some BBQ'd baby back ribs and it was excellent! I used the packaged cole slaw mix, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. DH said that I could make this anytime I wanted to, so I guess I've got a new cole slaw recipe! Thanks for the keeper!
