Excellent! So easy and taste so good, what more could ya ask for? Made as directed using a candy thermometer. I used chopped pecans, but any nut would do. I'm trying pistachio next.

This was great! I just sprinkled the chocolate chips over the hot toffee and let them get melty, then used a spatula to spread the chocolate over the top. I mixed some of the pecans in with the toffee then chopped the rest and sprinkled on top of the chcolate. As soon as the last piece was gone, my DH called me and said I had to make some more! I'm going to buy some almonds today to make again! It is so easy, I'm sure we'll have it around the house year round. Thank you!

I loved this recipe! It has a really nice flovor, and it was super-easy to make. I would definitely recommend using a candy thermometer. Here is a little tip: Before the candy hardens completely, but after it has set up a bit(takes a minute or two), score the toffee with a knife sprayed with vegetable oil or non stick spray. This way you will have nice square pieces of toffee when you break it up.
