I use this marinade on any steaks that are grilled but I particularly like it on a London Broil.

1/2 cup (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Combine all ingredients in a non aluminium covered dish and mix well.
  2. 2
    Pierce meat to be marinated several times with a fork.
  3. 3
    Place meat in marinade and cover.
  4. 4
    Refrigerate overnight, turning several times.

    This is the best beef marinade I've ever had. I used it for fajitas and it was wonderful. Thanks for saving my bland fajitas.

    This was a wonderful marinade, which we'll be making again and again. The meat was tender and juicy, and the combination of spices was just right, without being overpowering. Thanks for another great Zaar recipe JohnVac52!
