This was good and healthy! The cucumber juice watered down the carrot flavor a little. I adjusted the amount, using 1/2 cucumber to 2 carrots. Thanks! Made for Vegetarian Recipe Swap #4!

I wish it would have been better tasting. DS who is almost 3 years old liked it more than us. Maybe an apple added would be better. Thanks JB for sharing. Made for Beverage tag.
