This is an cheap and good old fashion pudding from my Nanna's collection.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

    Cream the butter and sugar.

    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. 3
    Grease a pudding basin with butter put in the mixture.
  4. 4
    Seal with lid and steam for 2 hours. Serve with sweet wine sauce or custard.
