Sharon these are FABULOUS! The only little changes I made were to use dried cranberries in place of the raisins as that is preferred by my family (strange they don't like raisins by like craisins LOL) and used chopped almonds in place of the walnuts. These turned out PERFECT little desserts for our family of 4. I served with a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt!! I did reduce the quantity to match that and it reduced easily! Made for your win in Tic-Tac-Toe Week #1 in the SCC.

Yummy breakfast!
We gobbled them up. I used homemade whole wheat biscuits to wrap the apple mixture with and omitted the nuts for dd. Thank you for sharing a wonderful recipe!
