Cinnamon Bread

This actually isn't a bread at all but more like a coffee cake, and it is good!

SERVES 16 (change servings and units)

    Mix cinnamon and sugar together then divide into two bowls and set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl mix the remaining ingredients until well blended.
  3. 3
    Then turn mixer to high, and beat for 5 minutes.

    Grease 2 bread loaf pans and cover the bottom of each pan with some of the cinnamon sugar mix.

    Layer cake mix and sugar mix 3 times, ending with sugar mix on top.
  6. 6
    Bake for 40min at 350 degrees.
