Black Bean Dip

Great way to spice up your party.

SERVES 20 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Blend 1 can of beans, and 1/2 cup of salsa in a food processor until smooth. I use the Wonderful Salsa off this site.
  2. 2
    Saute the onion, pepper, and garlic in the butter until tender.
  3. 3
    Add all the rest of the ingredients to the pan, (except the cheese,and tomatoe) and simmer for 5 to 10 min., stirring often.
  4. 4
    Pour into serving dish and garnish the top with the cheese and tomatoe.
  5. 5
    Serve immediately with chips, and veggie sticks.
