These flavorful meat balls taste even better when made a day ahead and reheated before serving. They have an asian flavor that is very good.

    Preheat oven to 450.

    In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, water, minced garlic and ginger.

    Add ground beef and mix lightly, but thoroughly.

    Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

    Arrange on a lightly oiled baking dish.

    Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

    Spear with toothpicks and serve from a chafing dish.
