This comes from the Land O Lakes Pasta Book. Just right for making in the summer when fresh tomatoes are in season.

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In a smal bowl, wisk together dressing ingredients; set aside.

    Cook pasta, rinse with cold water and drain.
  3. 3
    In large bowl gently toss together pasta and vegtables.
  4. 4
    Pour dressing over and toss gently.
  5. 5
    Cover, refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
